Every Rock Tells a Story

My name is Sally Sedimentary. I was formed deep in the earth and then eroded. I ended up in the water and began to settle. Over time, more and more rock settled and compacted on top of me, and I even got some really cool fossils in me too! More time passed and more layers compacted on top of me. Finally I was all cemented together and became an official sedimentary rock. The sea level changed, and I got pushed to the top.
